Send your macOS version, what you were trying to do, the feature you were using, and any visible error message. A short screen recording or screenshot can help if it does not include sensitive data.
Email supportIf hotkeys or paste do not work, check Accessibility permission. If Read Screen does not work, check Screen Recording permission. If dictation or meeting recording fails, check Microphone permission - meeting recording uses the microphone, not Screen Recording.
The app needs the backend for sign-in, transcription, AI answers, cleanup, history, and meeting notes. If it shows offline, confirm the backend URL and server status.
Use a clear microphone input and avoid noisy rooms. If cleanup is enabled, the backend can polish punctuation, capitalization, and filler words.
Meeting notes require microphone recording, storage upload, transcription, and AI note generation. Long recordings may take longer to process.
